Where have all the top players gone?

Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal have pulled out of the Hamburg Masters (this week) after claiming to be too exhausted from the epic 5 hour, 5-set final they played in Rome a few days ago.
Also absent are:
David Nalbandian
Andy Roddick
Lleyton Hewitt
Tommy Haas also had to retire in his match against Soderling today.
Ivan Ljubicic is the top seed in the now updated draw.
The full draw and results so far can be found here
I know, I know, these Masters Series are much, much too close together. What is it now, 3 tournaments in about 3 weeks?
Anyway, the results for the second round so far are:
N. Davydenko (RUS) d. A. Seppi (ITA) 6-1, 6-2
R. Stepanek (CZE) d. B. Phau (GER) 6-4, 6-3
P. Mathieu (FRA) d. K. Vliegen (BEL) 6-2, 6-4
J. Nieminen (FIN) d. C. Rochus (BEL) 6-1, 6-0
In other news, Argentina has decided to use a clay surface against Australia in the Davis Cup Tie. =P. As if that one hadn't been coming!
